Our Story
Simply put; we buy at a discount, and sell at a discount, allowing our buyers a chance to walk into instant equity and establish meaningful roots. Founded in 2023, The Darling House Project received its 501c3 non-profit status in 2024. We buy and renovate rundown properties, price them under market value, and sell them to women in need. While our prices are in line with affordable housing guidelines, we don't designate our homes as "affordable", allowing our homeowners a chance to realize unrestricted appreciation and resale opportunities.
By partnering with experienced interior designers, real estate agents, lenders, local housing authorities and down payment assistance programs, we strive to create a boutique, holistic and turn-key approach to homeownership for women in need.
